Who do you work with?

What sorts of services do you offer?
We offer expert consultations, comprehensive project development, and seamless implementation in the areas of economic development, smart community development, and business development. Our range of services extends beyond consultations to offer project-specific assistance, which ensures a holistic approach to supporting communities in their economic growth endeavors.
How do you create strategic project and program plans?
We assess community assets, work with leadership, and identify and recommend strategic economic development plans. We also provide project implementation management services. Ask us, and we will describe the various and wide range of strategies we have developed and implemented to assist in downtown development, tourism programs, business attraction, BRE, and entrepreneurship.
How do you help with Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and Business Incentive Development?
We have developed over 30 TIF programs and projects in multiple states. We have also designed other business incentive programs. We create area-based plans (downtown, business district, etc.) and use TIF or other "tools" to foster new investment in your community.
What do you offer in terms of Business Expansion, Retention Plans, and Outreach Services?
We offer six- or twelve-month engagement to provide BRE service and reports. We instill a flat fee to visit identified business owners, offer follow-up recommendations, and report on input from all.
What do you offer for SME development?
We work with leaders to identify, nurture, develop, and apply for federal, state, and regional grants. We help implement and manage these grants. We also offer focused market expansion opportunities for SMEs.
Do you work with international firms?
Yes, we specialize in helping international firms in the smart city marketplace expand into the US. We provide direct support to advise, assist, and identify their best startup market in the US.
How do you introduce Smart Tech communities?
We use a practice-based lead generation model to introduce smart technologies into the local marketplace.
How do you aid in community development?
We first identify the community needs, then we recommend suitable smart technologies that may help serve those needs. We secure the opportunities to test and pilot those technologies.
How do you conduct thorough Smart Community assessments?
We focus on the desired outcome. We ask the community leaders about the issue they are trying to address. We then consult and research solutions and return with offerings from various vendors that may offer the technology to address the issue. Our approach is not about the technology but the human needs that the technology might address.
How do you identify smart-technology solutions
We excel in identifying smart-technology solutions that are suitable for jurisdictions of all sizes. We do this by focusing on people first - the community leaders and citizens - to understand their needs. Our extensive network of partner companies enables us to facilitate test-case or pilot projects that are aimed at enhancing public services, security, and public safety.
